Front and Rear Family Gardens for a Period Property
A garden design for beautiful period property that had undergone major renovation and extension. A new driveway and planting areas were created
at the front to ‘ground’ the house. A box cloud scheme was planted to provide a fabulous year round ‘wow’ factor to the front entrance. From the rear kitchen/dining area French doors lead out onto a large terrace for entertaining.
A circular stone pond provides a focal point and a lovely outlook from the conservatory where traditional English planting included box, roses and lavender. Beyond the terrace a large level lawn was created for family use and ball games. Mature planting and hedging provide screening and nestled within is a lovely arbour allowing a quiet view back to the house.
